Shipping & Returns

 

Free shipping and standard shipping options are now available. If you choose standard shipping, you can view your shipping costs before you proceed to purchase. We will be offering expedited shipping in the future. Yay! But, you have to be on our mailing list to be in the know as our sales are announced via our newsletter and social media pages.


Shipping Speeds

Orders take 3-8 business days to process and get out the door. Therefore, shipping time is in addition to producing your order. All items in your order are made-to-order, meaning we produce your items when you order them. We do not hold excess inventory or stock. Speed and price depends on product type, selected shipping method and destination of delivery.

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number. You will also receive delivery confirmation.

Estimated shipping delivery times for standard shipping:

USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days 
 

International Shipping
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
 

Returns

Damaged Items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within 10 days of receipt of the package!

Wrong Size:
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out. If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us within 10 days of receipt of the package by filling out this form and we'll let you know what your next steps are.

Exchanges:
We get it. Things happen and sometimes you need to make a swap. If you need to exchange your purchase, exchange requests incur a $5.95 restocking and reshipping fee for a single item domestically and $8.95 internationally. If multiple items are being exchanged, the appropriate fees will be discussed between you and our customer service representative.

Please be sure to check our size charts to ensure you select the correct size for you.

Please note that ladies fit tees will be a smaller/tighter fit vs. unisex tees which are larger/and more forgiving/relaxed.
