Shipping policy
NOTE: Due to COVID19, all major carriers are experiencing delays due to the ever-changing landscape.
For hair tools: Hair tool orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once the package is turned over to the shipping carrier, the shipping timeline is based on the method chosen at check-out. You may track your order using the tracking number that will be supplied in the shipping confirmation email or SMS message (depending on your selected method of preferred communication). Any issue with delivery, please contact the carrier first as they will be able to best advise on the whereabouts of your package and coordinate efforts to deliver it to you. If your package is deemed lost/missing, they will most likely have you submit a claim or file for an investigation. Please contact us at support@kazmaleje.com should this occur so that we can work with you to send a replacement order or issue a refund.
For apparel and lifestyle accessory items: These orders are all printed on demand once the order is placed by our fulfillment partner. The standard turnaround for print-on-demand items is 7-10 business days. Orders take 3-8 business days to process and get out the door. Therefore, shipping time is in addition to producing your order. All items in your order are made-to-order, meaning the item is produced when the order is placed. Speed and price depend on product type, selected shipping method, and destination of delivery. When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS message (if that is your chosen form of communication) that will include your order information and your tracking number. You will also receive delivery confirmation.

Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
