Printed Pattern People
Printed Pattern People is an exploration of cultures by way of fashion. We seek out textiles rich in color, print, pattern and texture from artisans around the globe, to incorporate into our line and to showcase the handmade work and love of these cultures in our pieces.
The intention with Printed Pattern People is to aid in highlighting and embracing a fashion lifestyle that focuses on the content, not just the cosmetic.We aim to authentically share this narrative as we journey along and hope to bring back the natural craftsmanship and art found in carefully considered clothing.
Our collections include pieces that are created by our designer, Shadé Akanbi, based in Brooklyn, New York. She also designs exclusive products in collaboration with other artisans, locally and internationally, as well as special momentos collected throughout her travels; curated from local markets to international bazaars, especially for you.
